Habanero Vodka 750ml

The spicy version of our organic vodka is made to complement the perfect Caesar or Bloody Mary.  It is slightly cloudy due to extracted oils from the hot peppers.  It has vegetal notes on the palate.  The pepper heat warms gently, coating your mouth, but does not become overwhelming. Fantastic addition one of our favourite brunch cocktails!

 

Nose: Scotch bonnet pepper, herbal, peppermint, almond, light spicy, musty wood, smoke, clean.
Palate: Habanero, chili, spicy, peppery, vanilla to fire, strong flavors, heat builds slowly, hot, smooth.
Finish: Spicy, hot, clean, smooth, yes for my Bloody Mary and ceasers
